Contact with Nostalgic-Cars

If the customer contacts Nostalgic-Cars by e-mail or through the contact form, we possess basic information about you. This data is not processed automatically and is used solely to process your request. However, this information is kept in our email account for a limited time to ensure accurate tracking.
This data will be deleted no later than 1 year after completion of the order, will not be processed automatically thereafter.
This data can be removed or requested upon request.

Nostalgic-Cars also has the right to print this information.
Nostalgic-Cars uses these to ensure follow-up. If the customer has no further contact with Nostalgic-Cars, this data will be destroyed on paper.

Upon the client's agreement, a contract will be drafted with the previously shared data. These contracts are created manually and are not processed automatically.
Nostalgic-Cars also prepares an invoice with only the basic details of the customer and the job to be performed. These invoices are prepared manually.

In case of non-compliance with the terms in the contracts, Nostalgic-Cars has the right to use all these data (e-mail messages, contracts, invoices, etc.) to obtain further legal information. Invoices are always shared with our accountant.
These records are subsequently destroyed with the exception of invoices.

By law, we keep invoices, confirmed contracts and legal cab papers for 10 years and then they are destroyed.
